• Reviewed building contract to ensure it was fair for BOTH parties.
• Provided amendments to contract.
• Walked the client through the contract to ensure understanding of:

• Client’s obligations & rights

• Client has now a much better understudying, and as such is more comfortable with the contract.
• Currently the build is in progress.
